Early will I seek You - by SJ Hopestrings

A song of devotion to God.

I Can Only Imagine (Remixed)

The original lyrics to the “response” were written almost two decades ago by a group of Christian women in North Florida. Those lyrics were slightly revised for this presentation. The women who sang in this video did so during a live conference in 2018 where Frank Viola spoke in a conference. They did so after only one rehearsal. The recording isn't polished and the women aren't professional vocalists. They are ordinary sisters in Christ who greatly love the Lord. When they stood up and sang the “response,” many of the men in the audience were teary eyed. The theme of the conference was "Beautiful Pursuit." CeCe Winans' Official Music Video for 'In A Little While'

Check out the official music video for CeCe Winans’ new song ‘In A Little While.’

‘Jesus said He’s coming back, He’s coming back real soon

And I believe that everything Jesus says is true

He’s says that He’s preparing a place for all His own

That everyone who claims His name will share His home’

What a powerful and joyful song with an important message! The song ‘In A Little While’ is part of CeCe Winans’ second live recorded album titled More Than This. It was recorded in Nashville with worship teams from churches across the city coming together to sing with CeCe. Such a beautiful display of people using their gifts enthusiastically to bring glory to God!

When it comes to the upbeat song ‘In A Little While,’ CeCe Winans shares the story behind it and how the song came to be.

‘It’s a song my son (Alvin Love III) actually wrote, but it’s a remake from the way the church recorded it,” she explains. “The message of the song is the hope all believers are waiting on, Christ’s return. The song itself is a lot of fun, and when I took it to my producer, I knew with the band playing and everybody singing, I could hear it being a party. It’s an encouraging message that gives people hope. Even if things don’t go right here, we’re going to another place. It’s a powerful song.”

CeCe also talks about the overall message of her album More Than This and what she hopes people gain from the songs on it.

“I want people to remember their value,” she shares. This record talks about the authority God has given us. And whatever challenge they’re facing, they can rise up, one day at a time, and walk in the power He’s provided. I hope it will fill the people with God’s love, and also with hope.”

We hope you enjoyed listening to ‘In A Little While’ by CeCe Winans today!

In this edition of Song Discovery, Bay performs "Beautiful Gospel," a song that encapsulates the power of the gospel to reach and redeem. The song, written by Bay Turner, Tony Wood, and John Allan, features the talented Tommy Gerlach on guitar. Bay shares a poignant inspiration behind "Beautiful Gospel," recounting a powerful encounter with his grandmother, Joy, days before her passing. Guided by the Holy Spirit, Bay led her through the salvation prayer, and she went to be with Jesus shortly after. Come to the River (River of Life) - Fanny Crosby Hymn with Michael Farren

In the tapestry of worship music, "Come to the River (River of Life)" emerges as a poignant anthem, inviting weary hearts into a transformative encounter with grace. Penned by the collaborative efforts of Fanny Crosby, Joni Lamb, Joshua Brown, Rebecca Lamb Weiss, Jesse Reeves, and Michael Farren, this hymn seamlessly intertwines rich lyricism with a melody that lingers in the soul. Verse 1: A Call to the Weary The opening stanza beckons the worn-out and disheartened, extending an invitation to find solace and rest in the river's embrace. The lyrics beautifully capture the essence of desperation turning to hope, resonating with the universal human experience. Chorus: The River of Life's Embrace The chorus, with its emotive crescendo, propels the listener into the river of life—a metaphorical journey that transcends the mundane. Running to the Savior's arms, the worshipper is enveloped in the grace and love of Christ, creating a poignant moment of connection. Verse 2: Redemption's Crimson Flow The second verse delves into the profound symbolism of the river, poured out from Christ's veins. It washes away stains, transforming sinners into saints. The imagery is vivid, and the impact is both visceral and spiritual. Bridge: The Invitation to Come Home The bridge, delivered with an arresting repetition, echoes the Spirit and the Bride's urgent call. It serves as a climactic moment, compelling the listener to respond to the invitation with an introspective "What are you waiting for?" This section adds a layer of urgency to the song's overall narrative. Verse 3: A Journey from Heaven's Throne In the final verse, the river is unveiled as a celestial force, flowing from Heaven's throne to welcome the prodigal home. The imagery is evocative, creating a sense of divine embrace and belonging. Conclusion: A Masterful Collaboration "Come to the River (River of Life)" is a masterful collaboration that effortlessly blends the timeless words of Fanny Crosby with the contemporary touch of Joni Lamb, Joshua Brown, Rebecca Lamb Weiss, Jesse Reeves, and Michael Farren. The song transcends eras, offering a timeless message of redemption and restoration. Its ability to bridge traditional hymnody with modern worship sensibilities makes it a standout addition to any congregation's repertoire. This hymn is not just a song; it's an invitation to experience the transformative power of grace at the river's edge. Visit www.worshipleader.com for further insights on worship. #WorshipMusic #Hymns #ComeToTheRiver #MichaelFarren #FannyCrosby
