Here is Love Vast as the Ocean - Dyma Gariad in Welsh / English

The song that fired up the Great Welsh Revival. This version was sung at a major gathering in the UK in the original Welsh as solo, and then in English by the whole stadium. Here is a remake of an earlier video that I texted in Norwegian at first and that is found elsewhere on this channel. For practical reasons I swapped the Norwegian for the English at the beginning, as I mean to use it in a gathering.

Jelly Roll and Brandon Lake’s Live Soul-Stirring ‘Hard Fought Hallelujah’ Performance

Jelly Roll and Brandon Lake turned in a live soul-stirring “Hard Fought Hallelujah” performance. The two super-talented musicians wowed the crowd at the Grand Ole Opry with their powerful, moving rendition of the hit song. Watch the short but emotional clip as Brandon and Jelly Roll give a dazzling vocal performance.

Life is often not an enjoyable experience. Sadly, storms and challenges have a way of finding and visiting all of us at one time or another. There will no doubt be instances that push you to your limits and result in immense pain and sorrow.

There may even be times when you’re left wondering and asking about God. Where is He in all of this? What is He doing right now? Why has He seemingly disappeared when I need Him the most? While those are normal thoughts to have while going through a storm, God is forever faithful. He has never let us down in the past and won’t do so in the future, either.

In a clip posted on YouTube, Brandon and Jelly Roll perform “Hard Fought Hallelujah.” It’s an emotional, powerful tune about going through life’s storms but continuing to praise and thank the Lord even when it hurts and we’re unsure about His plan.

“There’s times when my hands go up freely

And times that it costs, oh-oh

There’s days when a praise comes out easy

Days when it takes all the strength I got”

Even if you aren’t a fan of either Brandon or Jelly Roll, “Hard Fought Hallelujah” is still an easy song to love. The song describes a situation everyone has been in at one time or another. We’ve all experienced pain and heartache.

Praising and thanking the Lord when things are going well and according to our plan is easy. But it’s much more difficult to do when we’re experiencing pain, sorrow and grief. Regardless of our present circumstances, He is good, loving and faithful. He is still deserving of all praise, glory and honor.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 “In everything give praise: for this is the purpose of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

I am come up near to seek you (Psalm 27:4)

A worship song written over the theme of Psalm 27:4 by Anders Skarpsno in 2010. It is often used in churches and assemblies in Scandinavia.

Listen To The Birdies

Listen To The Birdies - Matthew 6:25-26 – April 6, 1980 What are you worrying about? Oh, come on. Be honest. We often get caught up in the worries of this world. We worry about our money, relationships, health, careers, possessions, community and so much more. These worries can steal our joy and causes stress and anxiety that we do not need to bear. In Matthew 6:25–26 Jesus teaches 25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? We can learn a valuable lesson if we will just Listen To The Birdies.

May the Words of My Mouth - Lyric Video for Prayer and Worship

May the Words of My Mouth is a meditative prayer, inspired by Psalm 19:14, that aims to beautifully capture the essence of surrendering our entire lives to our Father God as an act of worship. Its simple but profound message had touched the hearts of many within local congregations in the past, making it a cherished addition to worship services. With this new cinematic-style recording, I aim to share this delicate powerful song with a wider audience, inviting others to experience its transformative impact in their devotional worship. Chords, lead sheet music and lyrics are available on my website https://www.chrismedwaymusic.com/ The song can be streamed on Spotify/Apple Music etc via https://wingsmusic.lnk.to/MaytheWordsofMyMouth
