When this dad got pulled over he broke down. Officer Joshua Scaglione looked in the back seat to find a little girl not in a car seat he knew he needed to do something. So instead of a ticket he took dad LaVonte to the store and bought him a car seat for his little girl. And seeing the bond these two men share now will make your heart so happy!

Whatever the rock, dirt, or other debris that has separated you from the life you were meant to live cannot separate you from God, because the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord is not material—it is spiritual. In other words, you cannot be separated from God. You can only ignore Him.

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:37–39 NKJV)
If I'm sitting here in my office, buried under a pile of destructive thoughts and feelings, I can't escape my misery by trying to connect with God through positive thoughts and feelings. Yes, it is always good to seek positive experiences—but seeking positive experiences is not faith.
If I'm buried under anything, no matter where I go (physically or mentally), I will still be buried—until I realize where God is.
And He is here—in me, with me, surrounding me. Wherever I am, He is here. While my physical senses can't tell me this, faith tells me that He is here—right here, right now.

What should you think or do about your ex? Do you bad mouth them? Do you expose all their faults? Do you tell them off? Do you let them upset you in your thoughts? Do you blame them? Do you talk nicely about them? What are you supposed to do with all those emotions?

We cannot escape God’s presence. We can be unaware of His presence, but we can't escape His presence. He hasn't gone anywhere. I haven't gone anywhere, and neither have you—even when we're completely oblivious to Him.
We just automatically assume that when we lose sight of Him, He has lost sight of us. If we are unaware of His presence, for whatever reason, we assume that He is nowhere to be found.
If you have this mindset, get rid of it! You simply cannot develop a close relationship with the Lord if you think that you can be separated from Him. You can lose sight of Him, but He will still be where He has always been—right where you are.
You can't, however, experience that reality if you're trying to experience His presence with your physical senses. You have to experience God's presence with your faith.

Money, fame, power, and glory—I have chased after all of these things at one time or another. And while I’ve seen many people who appear to be successful in chasing after the same things, I haven’t done all that well myself. But I’m beginning to realize that I should thank the Lord that I haven’t.
Money, fame, power, and glory can certainly be sought after and obtained through human effort. And money, fame, power, and glory can be given to us by God.
When all these things are given to us through our relationship with God, they come to us as a blessing. But when we chase after all these things apart from our relationship with God, they come to us as a curse.
