This sweet 92-year-old grandma, Georgiana Arlt, was asked to be a part of her granddaughter, Abby's, wedding. And when that special task turned out to be flower girl, my heart swelled. Georgiana was positively glowing as she walked down the aisle. This proud grandma was so happy that her granddaughter included her in the wedding in the extra special manner. This was only the second wedding Georgiana has ever been apart of, besides her own wedding 72 years ago! I just love seeing how happy she is right now!

The One Voice Children's Choir is an incredibly talented ensemble of young men and women. Their beautiful songs never fail to touch our hearts. Now, this group is singing a chilling tune dedicated to all the soldiers who fought in World War II and to the Jewish victims who lost their lives during the Nazi Holocaust. Their performance of the song 'When You Believe' was captured on Omaha Beach and Brittany American Cemetery and Memorial in Normandy, France. This symbolic song is absolutely amazing and it makes me so proud to see the younger generation appreciate the past. Let these touching lyrics remind you of all we have to be thankful for each and every day.

Ross Henderson has dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, like his father, since he was just a young boy. Ross also had another dream that involved music. All grown up, Ross is now a practicing vet at his father's practice. And when you hear him use his musical talents to serenade the animals at the hospital, your heart will be touched. His sweet songs help to comfort and calm the many animals that come in and out of the clinic. What an incredible way to combine both of his passions for a great cause!

8-year-old Paige Vazquez always prays for people, especially police officers since she knows they do not have the easiest job. She says that every little prayer helps, so when she noticed a group of police officers at a local restaurant, she walked over and asked if she could pray for them. The officers from San Antonio, Texas were touched by the gesture and bowed their heads with Paige to pray. Paige did not know that these officers were still grieving over the loss of a fellow cop who lost his life in the line of duty just last month. This small act of kindness resonated with people all over the world and Paige's picture has been shared countless times on social media. God bless this young girl and I hope this chain of prayer continues!

Gas station attendant Johnnie Phillips walks over 2 hours to and from work each day. He always has a positive attitude and truly makes an impact on his customer's lives. So when one of his regulars heard about Johnnie's situation, he decided to surprise him with an incredible gift. Just watch Johnnie's reaction when he receives his very own bike to use for travel each day. I just love how he immediately hops on to try it out. What a great surprise for this deserving young man. I love taking a look back at some of my favorite performers and others that I had never seen before. What a group of talented and skilled individuals. I can't wait to see what these guys do next. Wow!

When a neighbor called the police department to report a large slip-n-slide that popped up on the street, police officers quickly responded. After assessing the situation, the officers determined that the slip-n-slide was not in violation of any laws. But they couldn't come all that way and not take a turn themselves. So with the help of the neighborhood kids, these officers got to take a ride of their own. And I can't help but smile seeing these officers join in on the summer fun!

This grandma has received a lot of presents in her life, but I think this one tops them all. When Grandma opened up her front door and spotted a baby on her doorstep, she was immediately shocked. But when she realized that it was her sweet grandbaby all the way from Japan, she started to cry. This surprise was a month in the making and that amazing reaction was definitely worth the wait. I just love how she scoops up that precious baby girl and gives her the sweetest cuddles. There's nothing like a love of a grandparent!

14-year-old Lily Young's best friend in the whole wide world is her grandmother, Tami. But sadly Tami and Lily don't get to see each other as often as they would like. So when Lily was getting ready for her middle school graduation her mom, Alison, thought it would be the perfect opportunity to surprise Lily. So she arranged with her mom, Tami to come down as a big surprise for Lily on graduation day. Alison told Lily they were waiting for a taxi, but it was secretly Tami. And when Lily saw the car she knew it was her beloved grandma. And when you see her precious reaction your heart will swell. What a special moment I'm so glad was caught on camera!

Darcey was on vacation at the family's cabin playing with her kids in the creek when she noticed a baby boy floating in the water. When she reached in and grabbed 18-month-old Caden she immediately knew he was dead, but this momma refused to give up hope. She sent her kids away and told them to call 911. She immediately started CPR on the little boy. Thankfully, her determination paid off and by the time the ambulance got to them, Caden had a heartbeat and was breathing on his own. There is no doubt that this little boy is alive today because of this super mother. Now she is getting recognized for her incredible act and she got an even bigger surprise, a reunion with Caden and his mom. God bless this hero momma!

I sure hope I have half the energy that they do when I get to be that age. Who else can't help but say amen?

Two-year-old Madilyn could not have been more excited to meet her brand new baby sister Olivia. And thankfully her parents decided to film the first time Madilyn got to meet Olivia. Just wait until you see how Madilyn's face completely lights up as soon as she walks into the room. And seeing her gently love on her new baby sister and give her presents make you just have to smile. This is such a precious moment.

Manno the chimpanzee was rescued from a heartbreaking animal trafficking situation. This incredible caretaker was part of the rescue and rehabilitation team that helped Manno and teach him that he was safe. After 3 years, Manno finally received a permanent home at the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Kenya. The sanctuary needed to make sure Manno wasn't carrying any diseases that could hurt the other animals, so he had to be put in quarantine with no visitors. After months in quarantine, Manno and his caretaker were finally reunited. And get ready, because their reunion will warm your heart! This is such a beautiful moment shared between the two of them. You can absolutely see the excitement wash over the faces of both Manno, and his rescuer. This is a bond of love that will last a lifetime!

When a lady went back to her car in a Florida parking lot and saw a panting dog trapped inside a hot car she immediately called 911. She definitely did the right thing and waited by the car until the officers arrived. Then, she helped the officers get this poor dog out. Thankfully they were able to work quickly and rescue this dog. He was then taken to shade and hydrated. God bless these officers and how quickly they acted. As the weather starts getting hotter and hotter around the country, we need to be extra careful with our furry friends. Unlike humans, they can't sweat and cool themselves off and easily overheat, especially in cars where temperatures raise rapidly. If you see a dog in a hot car please call 911!

Laura and Matt Grodsky met when they were just 5 years old in preschool. Matt was instantly smitten by Laura and even asked for her hand in marriage. Obviously, the preschooler said no and the pair drifted apart after attending different elementary schools. Years later, they reconnected through a friend in high school and the spark was reignited. Now it's been nearly 20 years and Matt proposed to Laura again. Thankfully, she said yes and now these two have the cutest story to share!

10-year-old Leon Ashworth fell in love with 'Pandy' when he saw the stuffed animal at the local grocery store. But when he asked him mom to purchase the toy, she told him that they didn't have the money right now and would have to wait until her next paycheck. Leon's mother had recently lost a child and times were difficult. Leon decided to write a note on the toy box, explaining the situation, so that nobody would buy the stuffed animal before he was able to come back. And when the store employees saw the writing, they decided to buy the toy themselves and find Leon. What an amazing moment to see!
