On February 11, 2015 Mark Hall from Casting Crowns received news that would change his life forever. He was diagnosed with cancer and in that moment, he felt a flood of emotions. He decided to spill these emotions onto paper and the beautiful song 'Oh My Soul' was written.
This song has touched the hearts of people all over the world. Nathanael and Lauren Kotras felt the weight of these lyrics as their daughter underwent surgery for a heart defect. This family put their trust in God and sweet Emmy sailed through surgery without complication.
What a blessing to hear that the words in this Christian song helped comfort these parents. Amen!

There was nothing that could bring him down until he got his first flunking grade on a test. That's when his alcohol use started to spiral out of control.
For 2 years, Kyle had a drink every single day. He turned to alcohol for happiness and relief, when he couldn't find that in real life. One terrifying night, Kyle's heart stopped beating and his entire life changed. God came calling for this young man and Kyle was able to beat his addiction.

When Jarvis Smith arrived to work at DeKalb County Animal Services one morning, he noticed a man sleeping in front of the building. This homeless man had made his way to the shelter during the night and was waiting by the door in the hopes that his dog was inside.
Unfortunately, the animal shelter was in the process of moving locations so Jarvis informed the man that he would have to travel to their new location to see if his dog had been brought in. The homeless man had no money for train fare, so Jarvis took it upon himself to give him the money and directions.
In this heartwarming video, you will see this homeless man reunited with his beloved pup. There are so many emotions during these moments and I'm so glad there are good people, like Jarvis, out in the world today!

Alicia and Zac are about to welcome a new baby girl into their lives. So imagine their surprise when, during a recent ultrasound, they noticed a second figure on the screen.
When they were handed the picture, there was no mistaking a man dressed in a robe with a crown of thorns. Alicia immediately recognized Jesus in the ultrasound picture. The couple couldn't believe what they were seeing and it even brought tears to the eyes of future father Zac.
Alicia and Zac admit that they aren't the most religious but after seeing this photo they are looking into going to church and furthering a relationship with God. There's no doubt that this a blessing from our Lord. How amazing!
The incredible influence of Hillsong has reached people and places all over the world. After one of their recent concerts, the band received a letter in the mail from an inmate at Folsom prison. He wanted to let the group know how special and impactful their music has been on his own journey of faith.
Hillsong UNITED was so touched by the letter that they traveled to the prison to meet this gentlemen in person. And once they arrived, the group even led a special worship session.
It's so incredible to see the positive influence this Christian band is having all over the world. Amen!
