Finally reached my goal of deadlifting 500 pounds at 50 years old (plus 9 months) today, May 20th, 2012 Went to Mass and confession last night and as an extra bonus, I was blessed to have been able to venerate a relic of blessed Pope John Paul II I'm certain that this helped me to lift the 500 lbs. Glory to God!!!
