This is undoubtedly a struggle, but they have both come to accept it as a way of life, something they must do. Secret Santa surprised them with a way to change all of that.

They were both clearly touched and moved by the unexpected gift, and even proceeded to tell the Secret Santa, whoever it may be, that they are welcome at their house at any time. Whatever they have, they are willing to share with the one who showed them love.

As Sara opened each of the three boxes, tears continued to flow. She was overwhelmed with the love and kindness shown to her. She continually mentioned how grateful she was to receive those generous gifts, which will go a long way in helping her repair her house.

If you are in the mood for some Earth, Wind, and Fire, get ready because this video highlights “Let’s Groove” as a man goes through Sam’s Club during a normal day to invite others to a dance party. You see a fun young man in a sweatshirt that says, “Rockstar Dist” with sunglasses, dancing in the middle of the giant store. The camera quickly turns the opposite direction, and an employee is joining in on the fun and getting his own groove on.

The young man filming jumps over to the employee, where a crowd of a variety of ages gathers around. They do a dance together unexpectedly, and then as the employee moves on to his job, the dancer continues on with a huge smile on his face. This worker made his day by joining in on the fun. 

As the dancing guy moves through the shoppers, we see him get a variety of responses from customers. Some dance with him, and others quickly get out of the way to keep on their shopping missions. 

Regardless of the reaction, everyone this man encounters ends up with a big smile on their face. Out of all Sam’s shoppers, the employee really shines. He has style, swag, and great dance moves. He and the young man have a blast. 

You will love that they are not concerned about what everyone else thinks about them; they are focused on enjoying the moment and letting loose. Sometimes in life, we can become so consumed with the opinions of others that we forget that Jesus invites us to “dance” with Him and stay rooted in our identity in Him. How would our world change for the better? Things would probably improve considerably. A woman gets his attention, instructing him to look at the employee behind the counter. The little boy responds to the employee by signing back his name. The video's text indicates that this is the first time the young man signed his name using ASL.

It may have been a small move, but that employee's kindness likely meant the world to the little guy. It's a moment that will probably stay with him for a long time.

In the video posted on YouTube, the woman recalls her 4-year-old unexpectedly stating that he wanted to gather up some of his favorite toys and give them to one of his classmates. This caught her by surprise, but she went along with her son's desire, making arrangements to hand off the toys to the classmate's mother. That's when the woman learned how God works, answered prayer and showed her how her son obeyed God.

"I asked my son this morning, I said, 'What made you want to give all those toys to Johnna?' Like, it's pretty generous. It's like a lot of the predators of the animal kingdom toys that he has. And he said, 'God.'"

Later in the clip, the 4-year-old's mother learned while talking with the other boy's mother that she had recently prayed for and asked the Lord for toys for her children.

God hears and answers prayer, but it's up to us to listen and be obedient.

Our moods and how we act are infectious. If we're upset or angry and then stomp around as we stew, odds are that those around us won't be in the best of moods either. The world is a sad, cold, cruel and frightening place. This is far too true, and we see evidence and examples nearly everywhere we look. Turn on any evening news broadcast – local or national – and you’ll see story after story of people being incredibly horrible to one another for no reason at all. Log onto social media, and you’ll also see this kind of treatment. Cruel, cold, sarcastic and vile comments and replies fill those popular platforms.

Sin has destroyed and ruined this world. But occasionally, we see glimpses and small, tiny examples showing us that maybe not everything is lost. Perhaps not everyone is as uncaring, cruel and downright horrible as the 24-hour news channels and social media would lead us to believe. That’s precisely what happened in a clip posted on social media.

One man was participating in the Berlin Marathon in Germany when disaster struck. His right shoe came apart, and he was still determined to finish the race, but just with one less shoe. However, as he removed his shoe and was about to continue running, a spectator unexpectedly stepped forward and offered the man one of his shoes. They shook hands, exchanged phone numbers and the runner went on his way.

However, other people stopped the kind and generous act between the two men, and people literally started cheering as the man with two different shoes ran by them.

Kindness can happen anywhere, and even the tiniest act can bring a little hope to this lost and broken world.
