Garrick Quinones, a limo driver, was crossing the Brooklyn Bridge when he noticed a terrified little dog cowering on the side of the road. He immediately pulled over, in the middle of traffic, and used some quick-thinking to create a leash to save the pup. Thank goodness this man was in the right place at the right time!

Enjoli Harris-Carter dropped out of high school when she had her son Elijah. It's now 18 years later and Elijah is graduating high school with his mom! Hearing this mother-son share a message on living your dream and never giving up is truly inspiring.

Cheri Hancock hadn't seen her army soldier son Kyle in four and a half years. So when Kyle got a chance to come home a bit early to surprise his mom he jumped at the chance. And seeing this momma reunited with her son is the sweetest thing you'll see today! God bless this soldier and his family.

This groom and his mother completely stole the show with their epic reception dance. Just look at these two bust a move together. And wait til the end for the best surprise yet!

Katrina Frydlewicz was stunned when doctors told her that her unborn son's heart wasn't developing properly. Medical staff suggested an experimental in utero surgery to help save their son's life. The only problem was that no child had survived past the age of 1 after having this surgery. Thankfully, God was on their side and the happy and healthy baby is a true miracle!

Michael and his family were walking back to their car from a baseball game when he heard a faint whimpering. At first, he thought it might be a baby, but he soon discovered a poor dog left in a hot car. Michael immediately removed the pup from the vehicle and called for help. I'm so glad someone was there to save this little guy!

Cowboy Chad Prather has some powerful words for daughters. As a father himself, he has noticed some heartbreaking trends across the globe. And when you hear his advice to the next generation...AMEN!

Star Swain was with her friends and family visiting the Lincoln Memorial when they convinced her to sing the National Anthem. And when she started singing you will be amazed by her incredible talent. Just watch the people in the background slowly turning to see where this incredible voice was coming from will move you. Who else was cheering by the end?

Donald Trump wants to build a wall but a lot of people want to knock this wall down. What about the walls we build up in our minds? The things we come to believe about ourselves that prevent us from reaching the goals on the other side? How do we knock those walls down?

I believe that You are risen from the dead and that You’re coming back again for me. Fill me with the Holy Spirit. Give me a passion for the lost, a hunger for the things of God and a holy boldness to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. I’m saved; I’m born again, I’m forgiven and I’m on my way to Heaven because I have Jesus in my heart.

Together, they went through the journey of pregnancy and birth giving each other support and love along the way. And what Maritza says at the very end...I'm tearing up!

TV show What Would You Do stages actors to find out how real people will act in really tough situations. When these dinners heard this surrogate tell the parents-to-be they were having twins, they had to listen in. But when they heard those parents tell this surrogate to abort one of the babies, these kind strangers couldn't just sit back and listen. And hearing what these amazing people said gave me a little more hope for the good people in this world!

Jimmy and Jace are brothers who are both colorblind. Their family ordered them a very special pair of glasses that allow the brothers to see the world the was the rest of us do, in full color. And when these brothers see the world around them they can't help but break down in tears. And neither could I. What a beautiful moment!

Young Gella stunned the judges on The Voice Kids Philippines with her rendition of 'Somewhere.' I can't believe that voice came out of an 8-year-old girl. What an audition!
