Mary Glasure was at the Tony Teramana Cancer Center in Steubenville, Ohio, USA, to plan her treatment for the disease which affects her left breast, spine and left lung. Mary thinks this is a routine meeting, but what she doesn't know is that her Marine son is hiding behind a surgical mask and waiting to surprise her. He has been gone for over 2 years and has been waiting for this moment for a long time. Just watch as Mary sits at the table, surrounded by family members, talking to a doctor about her prognosis. That's when one of the 'doctors' stands up and tells Mary that he needs to get to another appointment. She is confused at first, but when he takes off his surgical mask and she sees who it really is, the tears start flowing. It's obvious that this was a complete surprise and Mary is over the moon to see her son. I'm sure going through medical issues without a piece of your heart is tough, but now these two are reunited and it's so amazing to see! Welcome home!

There's truly nothing like the bond between a mother and child. Even when they are separated, the two can sense the other. For example, this poor cow has been crying since the minute she was rescued. No one could figure out why until they noticed that she was leaking milk. That's when these kind rescuers realized that this cow must've been separated from her calf. The rescuers had no idea that there was a baby when they saved the momma cow. They knew they needed to reunite this family so they went and saved the poor baby. And when they finally bring the calf home, this mom cannot contain her excitement. These two are immediately drawn to each other and this sweet baby will not leave his mother's side. I'm so glad that these two were rescued by the same group and they can live out a happy life together. What a beautiful story!

Jekarra lost her hearing while in the music studio when she was just 15 years old. Immediately, she was completely deaf in one ear and as the years went by, her opposite ear began to gradually fade away. Even with being partially deaf, she still continued to use her musical talents and share her angelic voice with the world. She posted many of her song to YouTube and everyone was able to hear just how amazing her voice sounds, except Jekarra. She could only hear faint, muffled sounds when she performed and wasn't able to hear the full quality of her voice. But now everything is about to change as this sweet 24-year-old is getting fitted for a hearing aid. As soon as her hearing aids were activated, Jekarra’s face completely lit up. She had the brightest smile on her face as she could once again hear her own voice. She did not realize how great of an impact her hearing aids would make until she got them. And as she starts to sing 'Rise Up' by Andra Day, she couldn't help but shed a few tears. What an amazing moment!

Last October the Las Vegas mass shooting was felt all through the country. Thousands of people were effected and Jovanna Calzadillas was one of those lives. Wife and mother Jovanna was watching Jason Aldean live on stage when bullets started raining down into the crowd. Jovanna was shot in the head and the bullet struck the left side of her brain. She was in critical condition and doctors in Las Vegas told Jovanna’s police officer husband Frank that she couldn’t survive her injury. Jovanna was on life-support so they suggested that Jovanna’s husband Frank take her off and donate her organs. Frank knew he needed time to pray about the decision and that night, while Frank was sleeping, he had a dream that Jovanna came to him and told him everything would be fine. Being a man of faith, he knew he had to give her a chance to fight for her life. Jovanna continued to fight and she started to make miraculous recoveries. Doctors were amazed by every new step she took toward becoming her old self. In fact they said that the recovery this mother has made is ‘nothing short of miraculous’. Doctors said that it take a special and tough person to be able to come back from an injury like Jovanna’s and day after day she proved that she was that person. With strength from the Lord and the support of her husband Jovanna is continuing to make huge strides in her recovery. Who else is keeping this faithful family in their prayers?

Michelle Mixon has been driving for the Milwaukee Transit System for over 21 years. But one chilling day will be etched in her memory forever. Michelle was driving the city bus when she saw a mother have a seizure on the street in front of her daughter. Michelle immediately stopped the bus and the terrified 6-year-old ran into her arms in a panic. This kind bus driver was able to comfort this scared girl and they waited for the ambulance to arrive and take her mother to safety. It was definitely a tense few minutes as other passengers helped to keep the woman stable and comfortable on the street. Thankfully, first responders arrived and the little girl was able to be with her mother in the ambulance as they transported her to the hospital. Michelle says she has never gone through anything as emotional as this day before but she was so glad she was able to help out. I'm so thankful that Michelle and these other kind strangers were able to help out this family in their time of need.

The woods can hold many sights and sounds that we are not used to. And that's exactly what this man discovered one morning in Moricetown, British Columbia. Just listen to the eerie sounds that he records coming from the forest. It almost sounds like howling mixed with some kind of scream. I'm so curious as to what type of animal is making those loud and strange noises in the forest that can be heard from so far away. God truly put so much thought and work into creating our world and all of the creatures that go into it. Each animal was made in His image and it's absolutely incredible to hear and appreciate His handiwork. Have you ever heard any animal sounds like this before? What do you think it could be?

Through every trial and tribulation in our lives, God will stand by our side. We may be going through our darkest times, but remember that the Lord is always there to lead you to the light. Having a family member in the military can be hard on everyone. Whether it is a brother, sister, son or daughter the other family members worry and miss their hero terribly. Well little Lundyn understands that pain. She has been missing her big brother, who is serving in the military, something bad. Well when this brother got a chance to come home early, he decided to surprise Lundyn in a very special way. So with the help of their momma Tameia the two planned the whole surprise. The plan was for Mom to pick Lundyn up from school and big brother would be waiting around the corner to surprise his sweet little sister. Well things were going great with the plan until Ludyn found out that her other brother was getting a new phone. She was not too pleased with her momma about that so when Tameia picked Lundyn up from school Lundyn was throwing a bit of a tantrum. This 10-year-old came stopping out of school complaining about it being so unfair when mom kept trying to get her to turn around for the big surprise. Well finally Lundyn stomped herself in a circle and she had to stop when she saw her beloved big brother. All her other thoughts went away and she Immediately leapt into her big brother’s arms. This moment is truly adorable. And seeing the joy on this little girl’s face when she knows her brother is home will fill your heart with joy.

The 1960's was one of the most tumultuous times in our nation's history. But despite all the hardships, this era truly brought some amazing things into this world, including some of the best music that still resonates today. Take for example, this famous hit from The Ronettes. The classic 'Be My Baby' was from one of the first concert films. Even though the group broke up shortly after releasing this single, the song is still heard in movies and television today. I love thinking back to the old days and all the great music that came out. When Darcie’s mommy married Stephen, Darci and him developed the sweetest relationship. Stephen has been in her life ever since she was a year old. He really is the only “Daddy” she knows. So, when it came time fro Stephen's birthday, Darcie knew exactly what she wanted to give him. With the help of her mom, Darcie put together the perfect surprise. Just watch as it's time to give Stephen his gift and Darcie climbs into his lap and hands him a blue birthday bag. As he dug into his birthday bag, Stephen pulled out the special part of the surprise. Staci and Darcie had a memory photo book made that contained stories of memories they shared together. As Stephen came to the end of the book, Darcie planted a kiss on her daddy’s cheek. Darcies officially asked Stephen to be her daddy and make it legal. That's when the sweet man started crying and he realized that the little girl he always cared for is officially his little girl forever. What an amazing moment!

Sam and Jess gathered all of their family together for an extra special reason. The couple is expecting their first child and now it's time to reveal the gender to everyone. But Sam and Jess have been keeping a big secret from their family and friends and it's one that no one saw coming. Just watch as they open a big box full of balloons. Bryan was extremely hurt after breaking up with his longtime girlfriend, Melissa. And even though the two of them agreed to remain friends, he was having such a hard time dealing with their split. Bryan admitted that he was in a very dark place. He felt drowned in feelings of unforgiveness, incompetence, and jealousy. Things were really difficult for him and it was very apparent when Melissa let him know that she had a new boyfriend named Pete. She thought she was sharing the exciting news of her new relationship with a good friend but all Bryan did was compare himself to Melissa’s new boyfriend. When he reached a low point, he decided to actually go out and meet someone new and that is when he met Abby. At their date, He could tell that she had a lot on her mind. He found out that Abby also had a previous relationship that led to Bryan comparing himself again. He habitually compared himself to every quality Abby told him about the person she was in a former relationship with. It was not until Abby said that he former boyfriend was God, that Bryan immediately realized that he was comparing himself to the Heavenly Father the entire time. And then he realized that it was even silly for him to compare himself to Pete. He also realized that he was acting more like a former boyfriend instead of a genuine friend. So that' when Bryan decided to forgave himself and he felt completely free. Once he let go of all those feelings, he was able to truly be happy for Melissa and look at the bright future ahead.
