Making a huge impact at the start of 2024, four-time Grammy Award winner for KING + COUNTRY drops their first song as well as their first from the “UNSUNG HERO” movie inspired-by soundtrack, with a re-imagined Michael W. Smith classic hit song, “Place In This World,” featuring Smith himself. This marks the beginning of the launch of the “inspired-by” album from the duo (to be announced), with more singles releasing in the coming weeks.

 

“The 90s song, 'Place In This World,' by the nobleman, Michael W. Smith, was part of our Australian soundtrack as youngsters," for KING + COUNTRY noted.  "And it is now an indelible part of our upcoming film ‘UNSUNG HERO’! It was a true thrill to partner with Michael and put our own spin on this classic. Grateful to him for joining us on this project.”

New forthcoming music from for KING + COUNTRY will be announced, as it is the first installment of more to come this year. The duo is also nominated for a 2024 Grammy® Award with multi-platinum recording artist Jordin Sparks for their song, “LOVE ME LIKE I AM.

Their family biopic, “UNSUNG HERO”, will be in theaters nationwide on April 26.
