Song of Songs 4:9-10, NIV

Wake Up!

Pastor Jeff shares from the heart of God today, a message to the church... Wake Up! The church has fallen asleep and the enemy of our soul is wreaking havoc. It's time we take our stance and put him to flight in the righteous authority God has given us. POWERFUL!

Worshiping a Worthy God: Loving the Unlovable

Southside Baptist Church
June 21, 2015 - Morning Service
Luke 19:1-10

Summary: As we continue to wrestle with the idea of genuine worship, we struggle with a serious question: Who is allowed to enter into worship? As we search for the answer, we are reminded that all of God's children have sinned against Him, and the gift of salvation is available to them all.

6-21-15 MESSAGE׃ “Now As Then“

We learn nothing from history, the old saying goes. But are their important truths to be learned from the great flood and the saving of Noah and his family? Absolutely! According to the Bible, now is as it was then. But what exactly does this mean for us today?

Romans 9:1-16

I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost, 2 That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. 3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh: 4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises; 5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. 6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: 7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. 8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

Acts 15:16-20

16 After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: 17 That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. 18 Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world. 19 Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God: 20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

One Church

Matthew 16:1-28
Matthew 16:13-18

Ecclesia means the church... called out ones...

It is the Word of God that you should seek. Have you stopped seeking the things of God? Are you seeking after the material things of the / this world. Man can not change the Word of God. To be part of the one church you have to be part of the one God through Christ Jesus. No man can not put you in God's Heaven.

If Christ Jesus is in your life, no one can take you out before your time. Are you busy with things of the world and trying to hold on to those things, that we are not seeing what God has planned for us. Only the things that are done for Christ will remain.

Jesus is the son of God
Jesus is coming back
Do you believe in the return of Christ Jesus?
Do you believe in Christ Jesus?

1. You have to believe in the word of God.
